The Potential of AI in the Judiciary of Serbia

Abstract

This paper analyzes the potential integration of AI-based tools into the functioning of the judiciary in Serbia. It focuses on existing AI projects within the legal system, experiences from other countries judicial systems. The paper examines the challenges and limitations associated with implementing AI technologies, as well as the potential benefits for increasing efficiency, transparency, and access to justice. The aim is to provide a general overview of currently available solutions and to suggest guidelines for the future development and application of AI in the Serbian judiciary.
