Abstract

A simulation model of a wireless sensor network of the Internet of things is considered, which combines smart things with autonomous power supply that exchange information messages with each other. The simulation model is presented as a multiple access system, describes the objects of information interaction, and can be used for experimentation in order to design, analyze and evaluate the functioning of wireless sensor networks of the Internet of things. A simulation model of a multiple access system is considered, which makes it possible to determine the influence of the number of priorities on the performance of a wireless network. Modeling methods make it possible to study the impact of the implementation of priority access procedures on the operation of the sensor network.
