Abstract

This paper indicates the main distinguishing features of artificial intelligence as a tool for gaining competitive advantages in the field of governmental and international banking. The main techniques for teaching AI and subsequent application in banking are analyzed. The key challenges for specialists in the field of information technology and service are highlighted.
